Effect and function of light in a room

The appearance of spaces in light and color is the result of an inner-subjective process that is determined, among other things, by the object and its surroundings, the external physical influencing factors, the atmosphere of the situation, memories, sensitivity and, last but not least, the social and cultural background of the observer. In this way, the entire human habitat becomes the visual matrix of human existence, which finds its visible and formable expression in the manifestations of light and color.
