The influence of colors on our health

“Colors are the mother tongue of the unconscious”

… once wrote the psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung. This is because humans orient themselves unusually strongly to visual signals and learn through visual messages. Scientists therefore speak of a colorful vocabulary that humans have developed over thousands of years and which today serves as a quick orientation aid in everyday life. Red, for example, is generally associated with danger and warning. The brain is literally programmed for the signal effect of this color. If you see red, the subconscious activates the brain areas for attention and you are wide awake.
