Qualification objective and methodology
The subject areas relate to the broad spectrum of exhibitions such as museum and collection presentations, scientific and thematic exhibitions, special and permanent exhibitions, digital exhibition concepts, brand and experience worlds as well as store design. Based on the specific prerequisites, requirements and objectives of different exhibition institutions, phases, methods and instruments of the creative and mediation-oriented process are discussed. The compact knowledge transfer takes place within the framework of seminars, workshops, excursions and technical discussions.
In four modules, the exhibition design certificate course offers methodical specialist knowledge applicable in exhibition practice for the creative, media, company and target group-related implementation of exhibition concepts and a comprehensive insight into the interdisciplinary field of exhibition production. High-profile speakers impart in-depth knowledge for the conception, planning and implementation of design concepts for exhibitions, methods of digitization and current research projects.
